Leo’s Library
Leo Anthony Keith Egbers was a bright, beautiful little boy who brought so much love into our lives. From an early age, Leo faced challenges many families of children with autism know too well. He struggled with eye contact, had only a few words, and everyday environments often overwhelmed him. His parents searched tirelessly for answers, but like so many families, they were met with long waitlists, confusing systems, and limited support.
On May 17, 2024, just one month before his birthday, Leo slipped out of his home and tragically drowned in a neighborhood lake. Losing him shattered our hearts and forever changed our family. But in the midst of that unimaginable grief, we made a promise, that Leo’s life would continue to make an impact, and that no family walking a similar journey would have to feel lost or alone.
It would mean the world to us if you would consider making a donation to Leo’s Library, a cause very close to our hearts and our family.
With love,
Alexandra & Zach
